Project settings
Change per-project settings such as the compiler, TeX Live version, and main document.
Click Setting in the left sidebar of the project screen to open the settings panel. Changes are saved right away, and you'll see "Settings saved."
| Setting | Description |

| Compiler | The LaTeX engine used for compilation. Choose pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX, or LuaLaTeX |
| TeX Live Version | The version of TeX Live used for compilation |
| Text-only Compilation | Compiles only the text, without images, so you can preview the PDF faster |
| Main Document | The TeX file to compile. Choose one of the project's .tex files |
| Inspections | Real-time checks for LaTeX syntax errors and missing commands |
The top of the panel also shows your AI credit usage.
If you only have view access, you can't change these settings.
